About us

We ran an HVAC company.
So we know where the money leaks.

Pendly is built by ACLogics — a team that grew out of a real Dallas–Fort Worth HVAC business. We didn’t study this problem from the outside. We lived it, on our own jobs, with our own pending revenue going cold.

Why we exist

The money was never lost. It was just nobody’s job.

ACLogics started as Greentech DFW, a regional HVAC company in the Dallas–Fort Worth suburbs. Running it, we kept hitting the same leak: quotes sent with no reply, jobs approved but never scheduled, repairs waiting on an owner who never called back — and finished jobs where the work was done but the money never came in. Sometimes that’s a homeowner who keeps meaning to pay; sometimes it’s a property manager, GC, or business on net-30 that needs a nudge to accounts payable.

And follow-up was never one person’s job. On one job the tech was supposed to call back; on the next it was the office. Someone made the first call, got voicemail — and that was it. No next step, no owner. The job just sat there, untouched, until one day someone happened to remember it, or the customer called in asking. By then they’d often already booked the other guy.

Hiring someone to chase it is expensive and inconsistent. So the pending revenue just ages out, and the customer books the other guy. We built Pendly to do the one thing the dashboards refused to do: take the next step, on every stuck job, until it resolves.

Who’s behind it

Operators first. Software second.

We spent years on the contractor side — sending quotes, scheduling jobs, billing property managers, chasing net-30. The work that won jobs was always the same: following up. The quote you call back. The approval you confirm. The invoice you nudge. But it was nobody’s actual job, so it got done at 9pm, or not at all.

Hiring a person just to phone back every stuck quote and overdue invoice wasn’t worth it for a shop our size. That’s the exact gap Pendly fills — and because we built it for ourselves first, it’s shaped by how the work actually happens, not by how it looks in a demo.

What we believe

Four things we won’t compromise on.

01

Outcomes, not alerts

A notification isn’t progress. Every Pendly action moves a job toward a real result — approved, scheduled, paid, or closed.

02

You stay in control

Pendly works in your business’s name, but you review every action. Nothing goes to your customers without your approval.

03

Meet teams where they are

No new system to learn. Connect Housecall Pro, link your inbox, or drop a voice note — Pendly works with how you already work.

04

Earn the trust first

No card to start, no contract, and a money-back guarantee. If we don’t surface stuck money worth chasing, you owe nothing.
